Inframark Acquires Texas-based BLTI to Add to Growing SCADA Portfolio

Katy, TX, April 4, 2022 (Posted by Inframark) — Inframark, LLC, an industry leader in the operation, maintenance and management of water and wastewater treatment facilities and other outsourced services, is pleased to announce that it has acquired BLTI, a leading provider of comprehensive integrated solutions for municipal instrumentation and control systems commercial, commercial and institutional clients. BLTI specializes in large supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems as well as control panels, fire alarm and security systems. The acquisition closes on March 31, 2022. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

BLTI will join our existing SCADA division led by Vice President Tom Hopkins and serve as an autonomous business unit dedicated to serving its existing customer base. It will leverage Inframark’s investment support to further enable BLTI and the combined SCADA division to provide state-of-the-art automation and cybersecurity solutions to suit any type of facility within the water and wastewater industry.
